Hello and welcome to you from the team at Elbow UK Limited, well not a “team” per se as it really is just me with the support from a network of my family, friends and some extremely good mentors.
I have been providing a carpet and upholstery services for many years now, is it the best or finest in the area? I honestly do not know, though many of my clients will tell you it is. I have never thought about competitors or what someone else can provide you, because I am always busy focusing on what “I” can do for you. And what I know is I do the best I can when you invite me into your home. I have taught my son and daughter that they should always treat you with respect, and behave in your home as we would expect a guest in ours. It is that type of family culture that has built our business into what it is today.
There is nothing better than when a client smiles and says thank you for all your hard work, or your perseverance when sometimes we encounter a difficult challenge.
I am a better carpet cleaner than I am a salesman and do take your cleaning problems personally. Could I have done better with that stain? Probably not. Can I look you in the eye and tell you sorry sometimes there are limitations when a challenge is beyond cleaning capabilities? Yes. And do I stand behind my work? Always.
So why should you use us? Because I love my job, and I care about my craft and the clients who I help on a weekly basis. I also know that as textiles change, that I need to enhance my own education with those changes so that I can be the best one to meet the cleaning challenges that emerge.
I am a member of the NCCA (National Carpet cleaners Association), TACCA (The Approved Carpet Cleaners Association) and the first in the UK to become a member of the Textile Pro Programme - all organizations to help my own expertise.
